In recent years both the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) and the Demographics and Health Surveys (DHS) have released detailed subnational maps of child malnutrition indicators. Each approach uses survey data and other spatial data to model the likely prevalence of childhood stunting, wasting, and underweight in the population of 2nd order administrative units. Here we evaluate the data in Zambia, with model results from 2018 to see how the two datasets compare. IHME: Data, Documentation | DHS: Data and Documentation
